Cheap Web & Domain Hosting

Anyone have a suggestion for a good, inexpensive web and domain host? I suspect I want three or four domains, a half-dozen to a dozen e-mail addresses per domain, and relatively low bandwidth. Third-level domain control (foo.bar.org) would be great, but not absolutely necessary. CGI support (so that I can set up my own installation of Moveable Type) would be nice, too, though I'm actually pretty content with LJ for my online-journaling needs.

Hasweb.com is mine. I looked this up for a friend the other night, and their lowest rate is $35 a year. They have tons of bells and whistles and are very helpful when you have questions. Also very reliable.

I use GoDaddy.com for domain names. Usually under $10 a year.
