Cheap Web & Domain Hosting

Anyone have a suggestion for a good, inexpensive web and domain host? I suspect I want three or four domains, a half-dozen to a dozen e-mail addresses per domain, and relatively low bandwidth. Third-level domain control (foo.bar.org) would be great, but not absolutely necessary. CGI support (so that I can set up my own installation of Moveable Type) would be nice, too, though I'm actually pretty content with LJ for my online-journaling needs.

I'm happy (98% of the time) with Dreamhost and they're having a good sale right now, too.

I use joker.com for actual domain name registration, but host all my many domains at Dreamhost.
