Cheap Web & Domain Hosting

Anyone have a suggestion for a good, inexpensive web and domain host? I suspect I want three or four domains, a half-dozen to a dozen e-mail addresses per domain, and relatively low bandwidth. Third-level domain control (foo.bar.org) would be great, but not absolutely necessary. CGI support (so that I can set up my own installation of Moveable Type) would be nice, too, though I'm actually pretty content with LJ for my online-journaling needs.

One quick note: a hosting service that allows you to set up arbitrary CGI on their machine (as opposed to one offering a selection of specific supported scripts, perhaps including Moveable Type, or one offering general CGI support on a machine dedicated entirely to you) is probably not to be trusted. They're likely to have other lousy security policies.

Eh -- not necessarily -- they may simply have decent security on their machines and run all scripts in, say, a chroot jail, suided to you.

I've been fairly happy (so far) with hostforweb.com, which offers a lot (including CGI) for a reasonable price.
