RSS-through-LJ question

Is there a simple way to find out if a particular web-thingee is being fed to Livejournal? I'm specifically looking for HelpDesk, an updated-a-few-of-times-a-week comic.

http://www.livejournal.com/syn/ will let you add the feed or will find it if it already exists.

I use this (http://www.adcott.net/lj_syn/) to find out what's being fed, though I have an idea there is another way of finding feeds. Which someone may helpfully tell us about. And I couldn't find HelpDesk listed.
