As nearly as I can tell, one can now win a Nobel Prize for Not Being George "Woody" Bush or Dick "Dick" Cheney.

Or, as AtriosAttaturk put it

I guess Krauthammer was right, the international regard for the United States has so fallen after Obama became President that they just awarded our Chief Executive the Nobel Peace Prize -- probably for not being like Charles Krauthammer.

So, as someone who is not Bush, Cheney, or Krauthammer, I gratefully accept.

Nobel prizes are not awarded posthumously. The committee may believe that President Obama will not make it through his term of office without getting killed by some whacko so they had better give it to him now.
