Get Out There and Vote

For the good of the country, and for its standing in the world, this election needs to be a total repudiation of the Bush party. Obama needs to trounce McCain before the corporate media will make any effort to acknowledge that the typical American is, in fact, not a right-wing ignoramus who jess loves to kill him some A-rabs. Obama needs, and deserves, to humiliate McCain for running worst campaign, played on ugliest themes. Maybe after this election is done and gone, a Republican party might re-emerge that is something other than the party of torture, wiretapping, and financial collapse; but this week, right now, there is Obama and there is Bush-Cheney-McCain-Palin and all that implies, and it needs to be crushed.
