Stuff

Sick again. The bad cold I had three weekends ago came back hard this week, causing me to skip a social event that I really wanted to attend last night and miss some visiting time with my family today. (Fortunately, I was well enough that the three of us met my parents for dinner, then all five of us went to see a choir concert in which my sister sang.) The reason the cold came back is that I've been working 13-hour days (plus commute) and then screwed up my sleep schedule for the NYRSF work weekend just past. So I'm hoping that I feel well enough all day tomorrow to get stuff done, including some more time with my family and some digitial photography for nellorat.

The main thing that inspired me to post, though, was a music video that I found out about through Avedon Carol. (Hi, Avedon!) It's an over-the-top comedy piece by Sacha Baron Cohen, aka Ali G. The song itself is less interesting than the audience reaction. Go watch. (The video is from episode 9 of Da Ali G show.)
