God Bless the Ironic Times

The Ironic Times is a weekly online humor magazine which is sort of like fifty Onion stories stripped to their punchlines. One of the best things in it is on the front page, a marqee of ultra-short headlines of breaking news.

This week, one of the marqee headlines sums up the week's news better than anything I've seen anywhere:

James Baker sent to Baghdad to rig election.

Also, the banner ad at the bottom of the page--which lists the nine remaining Democratic candidates, culminating in "And in the center square--the Rev. Al Sharpton!"--deserves praise.
