My cold is now officially causing me more discomfort than my surgery recovery. In part this is because my cold has gotten worse. Sigh. Cough cough cough.

I'm a big fan of Martin Cruz Smith's books featuring the character Arkady Renko. In the first one, Gorky Park, he writes about the stolen sables watching the showdown at the villain's ranch. He writes about their beady little eyes, and how they jump around in their cages urinating in fury. That's the image that always comes to mind when I watch the wingnuts foaming about Hillary - beady-eyed weasels, snarling and urinating on themselves in their fury.
