First, what she said around the tears:

This is the first time I've ever gotten the feeling that she sees the current situation as anywhere near as fundamentally wretched as I believe it is. That's good.

And every time I remember the scene from "Sicko" pointing out the HUGE honking "donation" she got from the medical and drug lobbies (confirmed). The same ones she is talking about running her revamped health care system, I realize what kind of person she really is. She has more horcruxes spread around the various lobbies then Lord Voldemort.
