Civics quiz
Dec. 2nd, 2007 07:16 pmHere's a surprisingly tough quiz about American history, governance, and economic theory which was designed to test the knowledge of high school college seniors. Sixty questions.
By "surprisingly tough", I mean, "there are actually questions on it which I wouldn't expect a high school student to be able to answer"--for instance, questions about Federal Reserve policies, the Federalist Papers, and public good theory. I got a 95%.

Date: 2007-12-03 04:24 am (UTC)I got 68/70; made a dumb mistake on one of the questions, while another ("Over the past forty years, real income among American households has...") I think was arguably correct (though I'd have to look carefully at the statistics to be sure).
