I have actually paid money to see Joshua Bell in concert, and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't recognize him if I came across him busking.

The video that went with this story was pretty amazing.

Although, having commuted in Washington, I probably would have walked by, too. You just want to get the heck out of there and into work.
