sarah_ovenall mentioned this, I went hunting but couldn't find it. But now, YouTube has a copy of "Sing Before Breakfast" from Broadway Melody of 1936, starring Buddy Ebsen and his sister and long-time dance partner Vilma as well as Eleanor Powell. It's exactly as cheerful as the title would indicate.
