Apologies for being absent and a quick question

I have been astonishingly busy since getting back from Florida, so I haven't had a chance to post. And I don't have a chance right now, really, except to ask this quick question:

Anyone here have experience with Synergy? It's a Sourceforge app which allows you to control two or more computers with the same mouse and keyboard without using a KVM.

And I'd put in a recommendation for tightvnc, especially least for Linux/Windows cross-platform work. None of the VNC implementations I've tried works perfectly, but it seems to have the fewest major problems.
