TV scheduling utility

I give it a list of TV shows I watch. It remembers this list. Whenever I ask, it tells me if there are any episodes of those shows coming in the next 7/14/21 days. It allows me to limit the slots I care about so that, for instance, requesting "West Wing" only gives me the prime-time broadcasts on NBC instead of all of the reruns on Bravo. And it shows me the episode titles so that I can easily determine if I've seen the episodes previously.
I figure that if such a site (or utility) exists, someone on my friends list knows about--

stakebait. So I ask.
