According to the transcript of selected remarks at the Washington Post, Bill Clinton did not say "I did not have sex with that woman, Miss Lewinsky." What he actually said was "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky". (He made the remark after a short press opportunity about an education initiative on January 26, 1998.
