Remembering that for a long time I was unsure what the phrase "high five" meant or how to do one, I of course looked it up on Wikipedia, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_five) but was sorry to see that the otherwise impressive link farm of hand gestures at the bottom of the page fails to include Milking the Giant Cow. ()
