The 11-hour-days were a special treat while we made the big push to get the Big Project finally into production. Now that it's running (fairly) smoothly, nine or ten hours is much more likely. I get a fair amount of slack at work--I can take breaks to read the net, for instance--so it's not terrible.
My commute is under an hour each way, and most of it is in a pretty comfortable train in which I can almost always get a seat. So that part is more like "me time" than it is like a commute--it's when I do almost all of the offline reading that I do.
