So so so many ways to be stupid, why choose just one when you can run the entire bingo board of dumb in a single cartoon?

I'd put that in the 700% dumb range--"Dumb stacked high with dumb syrup"--just on the facts, but when you throw in the layers upon layers of explicit racism, sexism, torture endorsement, and on and on and on, and translate that ugliness into its equivalent in refined stupidonite, we have a serious contender for the stupidest single panel cartoon ever.
